this is going to be okay i'm going to do this and it's going to befine as with almond who do stupid sexual things

women masturbating

the thing i want to write his mind right beforehe did it was uh... by news goes to the end of the serviceto the ground so have a lot a lot of daughter do it as low as yours

white discharge

my vaginal discharge is bleaching my underwear. that can happen when you have an ammonia-likedischarge. that doesn't tell me what causes it or howto cure it. your vagina usually maintains an acidic ph. i really don't know what it is supposed tosmell like, so i can't tell you if it smells

white discharge, very different. the ammonia like smell can be similar to thatlike pee. i am not peeing in my pants. if you are dehydrated, the ammonia in theurine can get concentrated and make things

smell even more strongly, even a few drops.and some women do mistake a leaky bladder for vaginal discharge. i know women often use light days menstrualpads for bladder leakage, but that would stain my underwear yellow not white, and i knowwhat pee smells like. bacterial vaginosis is a common cause of avagina that smells like ammonia. the odds you have that are higher if you have itching, burning a fishy smell, grey or off-white discharge. all the discharge is off white. during your fertile time, it becomes thinnerand white, normally. i'm not paying attention to what normallyhappens except that my underwear sometimes

turns white after i wash it, right where thevaginal discharge was in contact with it. if you have a bacterial vaginal infection, you can try over the counter treatments, or you need to talk to the doctor. i don't have symptoms that seem like an infection. it can cause bleaching, though, when the badbacteria turn nitrogen into ammonia, creating the smell and discoloration. what else can do this? next i'd have to ask about your diet. it's healthy, so don't blame this on junkfood or too much sugar. and if i had diabetes,

i'd get more yeast infections and sugary-smellingurine. if you eat a lot of nitrogen rich vegetableslike broccoli and asparagus, you can get that ammonia smell in the vagina. i don't need yet another reason to not eatasparagus, and you can have a healthy diet without that. if you're doing a high protein diet for weightloss, eating a lot of foods like eggs, meat and dairy with high nitrogen levels can causethe ammonia in the urea to build up. that would be ammonia smelling pee, not vaginaldischarge. the ammonia smell can get into your skin andexcreted as sweat, and depending on how you

work out, the chemicals can build up therewhile it evaporates off your arms and legs. and i thought a rich sweat odor was the worsti could worry about. i've heard of vaginal discharge turning bleachywhen someone had polycystic ovaries or another hormonal disorder. getting that under controlor eliminating gluten and high sugar foods helps. for all the reasons one might say a glutenfree diet helped their wardrobe, this was never on the list. everyone can brag about dresses fitting betterand old jeans actually fitting without a muffin

white discharge

top, but few people admit anything about lacyunderwear except maybe that they are wearing

it. just having some ways i could wear the blackones without them going gray in odd places would be progress.

suppository

why is my progesterone low in early pregnancy? you may not be as far along as you think youare. the sonogram is what gave me the conceptiondate. the progesterone levels may not be risingas fast as you think they should the same way other pregnancy hormones may rise, butnot double every two days.

suppository, so you think it is low because it is not risingas fast as it normally does. that’s one possible reason. another is thatthe corpus luteum is not developing right. i do not know what that is. it is the thing that interfaces between yourbody and the baby’s until the placenta takes

over in week ten. this does not sound good. if the corpus luteum is not developing right, you do not see progesterone levels rise as is necessary to prevent uterine contractionsand the immune system response. if the organ responsible for nourishing thebaby doesn’t generate that hormone, you get contractions and an immune response. in other words, a miscarriage. i do not want to miscarry. if the life support system cannot supportthe baby, that is the end result.

fortunately, i have not been having crampsor bleeding. low progesterone could mean you have toxemia. ok, that’s worse. toxemia is life threatening. i’d put it in context by asking what othersymptoms you’re having. such as? abdominal pain could be a sign of a miscarriage,or it could mean you have bad heart burn and indigestion. or an ectopic pregnancy. vaginal bleeding after low progesterone levelsis a pretty sure sign of a miscarriage. short

of that, i’d say a lot of this is hormonesuntil the doctor says otherwise. can the doctor do much of anything? there are things a doctor can give you toreduce the odds of miscarriage if the problem is your hormones, like a thyroid out of whack.if it is a problem with the fetus, they cannot do anything until it is old enough to go intonicu. i’ve heard that the doctor can do somethingabout low progesterone. sometimes they start oral progesterone. othertimes they give it as a suppository. i usually think of those as something oldpeople use.

suppository

a progesterone suppository is something somepregnant women use to keep the levels high

enough to avoid a miscarriage. i’ll get over the yuck factor then, sincethe doctor’s going to be poking around there for a long time, hopefully.

on finding a sexual partner is not the onlychallenge we face now early sex lives 23-year-old martin had a confusing timewhen his sex drive kicked in as a teenager i always saw myselfdifferent to anyone else sucks high school reallyother smartphones in man for a long time and i just like than 12 acceptable okay just needsleep until maybe i mind up to $10 each day than a stupididea neighbor

her thought my way of thinking back theni kissed a girl from college just sell weapon like not million forfun care wanna get out now this is kindalike lot around six per cent of the uk population identify themselves as gay lesbian orbisexual i'm to understand myself i don't getline k is not exactly loading let's be straight or gay push abutton to decide and worked hard on throughout the last century mostscientists believe people were gay

because it charted experiences and how they were brought up by the1990s however these be restarted to fall out of favoris one good way of shooting them down and that is to look at the developmentof sexual orientation in the children of gay parents most ofthese kids are heterosexual probably about 95 percent let's say andthe remainder a gay which is perfectly consistent with whatyou get by chance in 1993 biological theories to explain why somepeople are gay hit the headlines scientists in the united states saythey've uncovered new evidence which

supports the theory that homosexuality might be hereditaryinside the cell in our body liau chromosomes the whole thousands ofgenes the 10 our bodies how to develop afunction sciences dean hey march 30 40 pairs of homosexual brothers and found that the majority shared acell five markers on the long on the one chromosome the x chromosome it suggested there withthe gene or jeans in this area the my influenceour sexuality

d name is finding was reallycontroversial at the time because it challenge the orthodoxy old to be thosein the anti-gay camp who argue that sexual orientation can bechanged dean haymer study has never been wellreplicated and scientists have still not definitively identified gay gene or jeans science continues to look outbiology however and recent theories have explored howhormones my influence how sexuality so the one in the ideasabout how hormones might organize sexual orientation is that i'mgay men are exposed to low levels of

testosterone in the womb if you have just the right amount oftestosterone then you develop into heterosexual brief have too little testosterone ortoo much that causes shifts in the female typicaldirection one smart in realized he was gay he decided to fill some close friendsthe college are shaking occurred hardly parade say the words and k waslike pushing heavy lifting heavy thing youcan way you can think of

and his my scary thing a moment in mylife nothing be top he sucks in my bed by 11 sainigains the plot not to lobby the national schobel the nazi told is all i love it this what coming out tohis friends martin has yet to tell his mom his gamethere were many times i've diet wide tele like mom i'm gay but i'm always like psych mom i'm am nothin

at the resort not being fully outs martin has never really exploredthe gay scene i feel comfortable in the state will i don't know anyone in the gay scene idon't know any gay people like all my friends tracks but going up the straight bars can havehis frustrations from our team when his may stop pulling prestashop oldgirl he's like license long played host names suchcaution is goodnight did not so much chris i don'twanna know went

i'm freaking jealous is like everyoneelse suppose %uh was easy p.m. may will stay you in shape clubs and paul i'm a gay guy gets shake clubs and icalled poll obviously happy to talk too much right now if he says something got want to know salacious island southbound even when they can move ontoa truck bomb marty's make chris its new home in himhome dubai

hair the yeah do the mines have some descended belong onanalyst wrong with me i feel like im martin had it's like i'ma gay guy who likes straight quarters the against gay clubs unlike and then do allied then what today if i come i feeltrapped for martin

the key to his feeling comfortable withtheir sexuality is finally coming out to his mom the patella i can like feel free tobring home a guy from in a relationship with him idoubt the prompt balloting also one change last name of making a pestle what were you thinking there areyou got you all sound good everyone tyson stack up macbeth callum and kareena have beenspending everyday together and the relationship has entered a newphase ex-cons the feeling

how ya feeling fine look down on this little island thingand is like arena come over here and talk to her bio kevin was like kraina might be hidden graphtold you the far but i think i do watch little via and myheart just like exploded really allow all called a cheaper plan to say know quite spontaneous yes %uh this withany of our actually lover hella hella she's billion

if the couple's newfound love for eachother will lead to the next big step in a relationship like let's keep thinkin our actuallygonna have sex now when if mom column type questions why i film now a for the obvious reason i'm it'snot work inspire me thinking was cleaning and i think will if it you know if it don't work shegonna follow me she gonna be upset is it will it destroy relationship completely

%uh the stockpiling outside ima comingout because when i say because kyle motherhad sex with farm i always think you know he's waiting forthe right person i'm not trying to rush column up i'm just thinking about things 9 arkema in new york city scientists are tryingto find out why the feelings that new love have such powerful ups and downs yes ido

that act is diana and albert me going upthe seven monks and have agreed to take part in a studyi actually think this is going to be the first time i've seen drink cup coffeei'm actually quite drive-by i'm a fireball he meant her hairstyle at the living care and remember seeing originally was rankedlike work at care crowd will work out here everything ilike you look at you i work at a rate now skinny it

yeah today's experiment is one of thefirst to look at brain activity during early-stage intense romantic lovewhat we're gonna do is scanned the brain a young woman whosays that she's madly in love and what we're trying to find out isexactly what is going on in the brain when you feel that deletion the euphoria the giddiness the possessiveness the motivation the craving the obsessivethinking %uh early intense from anagram them first the pool diana must be assessedthe check she sufficiently in love

to take part in the test what was reallybadly reactions when you begin to feel that you were really interested in a remember the second he want andeverything it was like shaking i am sitting at the desk amdoing my keyboard think i'm just so happy use their here just like elation and one relation donation as a major in aspect nerve intense romantic lovewell yeah yeah love life it had a verypowerful experience

we need to capture you in it intensefeeling %uh romantic passion albert diana has agreed to go into an at mriscanner to see which possible brain most activewhat she thinks about work make a.m. but fun you guys in this cannot sign is shown afavorite photo album on a loop for four seconds at a time then to cleanse her mind she's of the countdown in incrementshave seven from a random number

finally diane is shown a photo of afriend she has no romantic feelings cool theresearch team is looking for differences in brain activity when do anything for albert compared towhat she thinks her friend but here's the area where we're hopingto see the activity we're hoping the scanner can pick this up because weknow its their i it's just a little factory near thebase in the brain right and the teen suspect the ventraltegmental area in the brain is particularly active in the firststages of romantic love

releasing large amounts of the chemicaldopamine dopamine is a natural stimulant when you see a picture here lover thedopamine system is triggered to give you that intense rush earthintense infatuation but dopamine pathways in the brainproduce focus craving goal-oriented behavior is amotivation in this case the motivation to win thelove over will be partner these are really great results there very specific for this lower brainstem area that we saw active unions

romantic love way to be able to put yourfinger on a a little not band instruments over men were coming to get him somescientists believe the strong drive to be together manylovers experience is essential to our survival romanticlove has an important evolutionary purposewhich was to in naval the brain to focus that made inenergy on just one individual and start themating process citing your brain is still intact homeand indeed is the most important thing

that we do it is this way that we pass rd ne ontotomorrow remember year yeah i spose actually thinking about how and i justgot the frank images that the future a rather thanthinking about the pad lemme check to the future in cash from happening team i'm 10 years 15-20 campaign 30 and dilation maybe i planning

today i don't and he will celebratetheir love in front of 500 guess when they get married add after the ceremony to be free toexplore sex for the very first time it doesn'treally feel like it's my wedding day but i can evidence just a really excited and yet andean his ass is opposing forpre-wedding photos when we're come through from the bride'shouse his 11 apparently what means for virgin traditionally here these the un landed yeah

some up and his mates also waited formarried before having sex i did you want me to advise by needsmoves nothing too serious i leave a minute out work the mechanics yeah usually and i guidance and advicewill pacify shady package i justice and when the kelexgotta keep yeah refraining from sex has not always beeneasy for ago and andy red-blooded male so when min ago didn'tmean a the hot this be faster you do getexcited you're you stop to think that other things upin your head men and women

a different intensive when they becomesexually excited and is like a gas ivan e10 on it instantheat x you simon and there's big flame andother men not just me and eat any of and it goes straight awaywhere's for women then what i can. electric oven may take longer to heat up but the moment that they have got hot atshe takes them longer to cool down the adele's a lot better this than i amshe can't enter so step back i think we protect a nap isover the knee 3 side my buddy

planned a disney greatest lead nancy is a unlike euthanasia the you would be fantastic will be just sexnot the context the marriage from the fact thatwe can both and two that without having previous sexual experience fantastic in first time sex enough to be a case oftry the narrow but the fact ago when andy a deeply in love

hey guys, welcome back to happy kids vids. and in this video, i’m going to show youhow to make this super awesome bubble guppies molly mermaid. for this custom toy, i will be using my littlepony equestria girls minis fluttershy and this cheap mermaid toy.

ple, the first step is to remove the head fromboth toys. when we hold fluttershy’s head near themermaid body, we can see what the final form will look like. you can see that the hole on fluttershy’sneck is too small and fluttershy’s hair

is too long at the front. i’ll remove fluttershy;s hair and replaceit with the hair from the applejack equestria girl. to make the head fit, i’ll just use my dremeltool to enlarge the hole. we’ll do a test fit….yes, it fits perfectly. now its time to use some hot glue and jointhe head to the body. i’m going to paint the head and body inthat tan skin colour that bubble guppy molly has. i need to be careful to not get pain on theeyes, but i am painting over the eyebrows

and mouth as these features will be replaced. now that the face is complete, i’ll paintthe upper body in the same skin tone as the face. because we are using two different colouredhair pieces, i’ll paint each piece pink and allow them to dry. while the hair is drying, i’ll paint themermaid tail light blue. this actually required two coats of lightblue paint. now i’ll add some detail to the face bypainting the eyes. molly has brown pupils.

and then some dark highlights around the eyesas well as black eyebrows. the last feature on her face is her mouth, which i have painted off camera because it is so finely detailed. i’ll finish off bubble guppy molly’s mermaidtail and swimmers by adding some dark blue highlights. and finally, some hot glue to the back ofthe head to attach the hair, and a little more hot glue at the front to apply the finalhair piece. and there you have it, one super cool my littlepony equestria girls bubble guppy molly mermaid custom.

the cool thing that i like about this customis that the tail can bend so that she can sit or stretch out for swimming. molly is one of my favorite cartoon characters. who is your favorite cartoon character?

noradrenaline

depression is a common disease, which appears in all social groups, ages and in all genders. a tragedy associated with the loss of about 850.000 lives per year is the fact that depression can lead to suicide. point mutation is a change within a gene in which one base pair in the dna sequence is changed.

noradrenaline, in nature, point mutations are usually the result of mistakes made during dna replication. consequently, changes of the genes in dna, which code the sequence of amino acids in proteins,

can result in an unusual amino acid on a specific part in sequence of protein (in our case enzyme). by using multiscale molecular modeling simulation, we calculated the change of reactivity for tyr326ile point mutation of monoamine oxidase b catalyzed decomposition of pea. we calculated the activation free energies for pea decomposition catalyzed by wild type mao b and its mutant y326i. mutant enzyme is 6.0 times less active than the wild type, thus giving a significant rise to pea levels.

therefore, the levels of dopamine in the synapse are higher.

noradrenaline

molecular simulations give us hope that we will be timely detecting all the mechanisms of enzyme mutations. consequently, it is only a matter of time when we are able to adequately influence the mutation.

mri scan

mris use protons, which are abundant in thehuman body. all protons spin creating a small magnetic charge. when a strong magnetic fieldis introduced, as is the case in an mri machine, the protons align with that field. the mritechnician then introduces a radiofrequency pulse that disrupts the proton and forcesit into either a 90 degree or 180 degree realignment with the static magnetic field. since theradiofrequency pulse pushed the proton against

mri scan

mri scan, its nature, once this pulse is turned off,the protons realign with the magnetic field, releasing electromagnetic energy along theway. the mri is able to detect this energy, and is able to differentiate various tissuesbased on how quickly they release energy after the pulse is turned off.

lower stomach pain

7 common types of stomach pains and what todo. by lifebuzzfeed.com. stomach issues are the worst—and they cansometimes be embarrassing (we've all had unexpected diarrhea before, right?). but there are different kinds of pain, andeach one can offer insight into what's really

lower stomach pain, going on in your gut. here are some of the most common stomach symptomsand what they might be telling you about your health: 1.

burning in your chestwhat it could be: acid reflux when you have acid reflux, stomach acid isliterally washing back up into your chest, says niket sonpal, md, assistant clinicalprofessor at touro college of medicine in new york city. most people will experience the burning sensationright below their breastbone. what to do: there's no one-size-fits-all solution, says sonpal. "your heartburn trigger foods are as individualas you are," he says. the good news is, once you figure out whatbothers you, cutting it out of your diet should help a lot.

you can also sleep slightly propped up (atabout a 15-degree angle) to help keep the acid down in your stomach where it belongs. 2. pain around your belly buttonwhat it could be: appendicitis if you're experiencing an appendix issue,it'll usually start with a dull pain right around your belly button. as it worsens, the intense discomfort willmove towards your right hip bone. what to do: get yourself and your swollenappendix to the hospital, asap. appendicitis means you'll need surgery toremove that sucker.

if you don't have it taken care of right away, you run the risk of the appendix rupturing, which is insanely dangerous. don't wait in the hopes that the pain willsubside. 3. sharp pain under your ribs what it could be: gallstonesgallstones are little lumps of cholesterol and bile that can be as small as a pea oras big as a golf ball. no matter the size, an obstruction in yourgallbladder causes a sharp pain that might worsen after eating.

what to do: unfortunately, estrogen, contraceptiveuse, and general fertility all impact your risk for getting them. "basically, being female predisposes you forgallstones," says sonpal. if they're an issue for you and you're onthe pill, talk to your gyno about alternative methods of birth control. gallstones usually aren't cause for majorconcern, but if they continue to cause problems, surgery might be an option. 4. burning in your stomachwhat it could be: peptic ulcer

"if you have chronic pain every day and it'stypically worse after eating, that's a classic symptom of an ulcer," says sonpal. unlike heartburn, which occurs in the chest, you'll feel this burn right in your gut. what to do: stop taking otc pain meds likeibuprofen, since they make the problem way worse. visit your doc: depending on the severityof the ulcer, you might need meds or even surgery. 5. whole belly discomfort and the urge to runto the bathroom

what it could be: lactose intolerance"if a person cannot eat lactose, it's not going to centralize to a specific area," sayssonpal. "your whole belly is going to feel discomfort, because it's really a small intestine problem." and unfortunately, that's not the worst ofit. that discomfort is caused by a mix of gasand diarrhea, which means—you guessed it—an explosive trip to the bathroom. what to do: first, you have to figure outyour level of lactose intolerance. you could be totally good with a few slicesof pizza, or a single bite of ice cream might put you over the edge.

"to test it, i tell my patients to 'netflixand lactose,'" says sonpal. "have a couple of glasses of milk, put ona show, and see what happens. then we'll go from there." 6. intestinal cramps and chronic diarrheawhat it could be: gluten sensitivity if you're allergic to gluten or have celiacdisease, you'll notice bloating, gas, and cramps in your gut after eating foods containinggluten. what to do: similar to the "netflix and lactose"method, test how you react to certain foods, and talk to your doc about the best way toeliminate them.

if the allergy is severe, you might want toinvolve a nutritionist to make sure you're still getting enough of the nutrients youneed. 7. bloody diarrhea, pain, and feverwhat it could be: colitis or crohn's disease along with gas, cramps, and bloating, youalso might see blood in your poop, accompanied by nausea and fever. not fun. what to do: talk to your doctor, stat. crohn's and colitis both operate on a spectrumof severity.

depending on yours, your doc might prescribeanti-inflammatory meds or advise a more extensive treatment. either way, better safe than sorry. both conditions can land you in the hospitalif not managed properly. you are watching: 7 common types of stomachpains and what to do. please like and share this video to friendsand family to help people live healthy and prevent diseases. and subscribe our channel for more daily videos. share with us your knowledge and what youthink about this video.

people who cooked with a blend of the twooils (available at health food stores) saw a drop in blood pressure almost comparablewith the decrease that results from taking medication, according to research from theamerican heart association’s scientific sessions. researchers believe the effect is due to theoils’ fatty acids and antioxidants such as sesamin, sesamol, sesamolin, and oryzanol. bananas. famously rich in blood pressure-lowering potassium, one banana contains about 420 milligrams, or 11 percent of the 4,700 milligrams theamerican heart association recommends people

lower right abdominal pain

why is my pelvis hurting during pregnancy? if it was early in the pregnancy, i’d saysome of it was simply the uterus stretching as the baby grows. you are carrying quitea load. the kid cannot even be ten pounds yet. itonly feels like it. when you gain thirty to forty pounds whilepregnant, ten is the kid, ten is extra flesh

lower right abdominal pain, like development of the breasts, ten is extrablood and such, and maybe a couple pounds for a placenta. perhaps half of that weight ends up againstthe pelvis though. the problem is that it throws your mass offcenter, straining the pelvis and hips. be

glad it is not your back. oh, i have back pain too. but i have fewerqualms getting a back massage and more products to treat back pain. the pelvis has to spread when the baby isgrowing during a first pregnancy. it is common to have pelvic pain in the third trimesterwith your first kid. i’m not going to get pregnant a second timeto prove that right. the pubis bones meet at the symphysis pubis,a firm joint with ligaments. the same hormones that cause soft tissues to relax lead to ithurting when the stress is worse. you’d think it would end at some point, and not just when you have the baby.

some women have pain because it expands toofar, but that’s rare. how could a doctor tell what it was? an x-ray would. but you know if the issueis due to the pelvic joint because it clicks or grinds as you move. i’d hate to have this until i go into labor. if you have any type of pelvic pain, you cantry to be active up to the point where it is uncomfortable. i endlessly hear i need to walk a lot to helpthe kid settle lower in the pelvis. there are pelvic floor exercises to buildup those muscles and lessen pain from muscle

strain. that has the side benefit of making me lesslikely to accidentally leak pee when i sneeze or laugh. sometimes pelvic pain is due to strain ofmuscles around the pelvis and back because you’re lifting too much weight than yourbody can handle in addition to the pregnancy. it is not like i work in a warehouse.

lower right abdominal pain

you can get pelvic pain by walking with atoddler on your hip, applying extra weight and an off center stress on the joints. this is my first kid.

then take a load off your feet and talk tothe doctor if it gets worse.

lactulose

[ninja intro] hi, this is dr. steve. you get abdominal pain, bloating and gas when you drink milk or eat cheese and other dairy products. right? andyou're wondering if you have lactose intolerance. or maybe you have a milk allergy? well, inthis short video i'm going to tell you a simple test that you can do at home.

lactulose, first of all, lactose intolerance is not adisease or disorder. most of the adults on this planet can't consume more than one cupof milk, without experiencing some very uncomfortable side effects. but lactose intolerance is notthe only reason you might be experiencing digestive issues. for example, there are alsomilk allergies.

the discomfort from lactose intolerance isdue to a huge amount of gas being produced in a short period of time in your gut, andit causes that bloating and pain, and eventually gas. but since lactose intolerance is considerednormal, doctors are usually not authorized to test for it. so if you want to do yourown test at home, here's how: even if you do have lactose intolerance youshould still be able to drink up to one cup of milk without experiencing any discomfort.if you do experience discomfort with less than a cup of milk then you probably don'thave lactose intolerance. the discomfort may not happen immediately, so give it up to twohours. try drinking lactose free milk; drink thesame amount that caused you problems with

regular milk. you can also try cottage cheese, which has very little lactose. if you have problems with cottage cheese - this may bebecause you are allergic to the major milk protein, called casein. if you have problemswith lactose free milk or cottage cheese, then you should probably see your doctor inorder to find out what the problem really is.

lactulose

there are a number topics related to lactoseintolerance that i cover in separate videos. i'll announce them and update any new informationin my free newsletter. so sign up at my blog, steveonhealth.com, right now! and remember, life is meant to be enjoyed: you don't have to stop eating your favorite foods if youknow the secrets. so stay informed!

intercourse

will my baby in the womb be hurt if i have intercourse during pregnancy? intercourse is not known to cause any harm during pregnancy there are a lot of layers of tissue intervening between the vagina and the baby. so your child will not be harmed during intercourse yet i would like to mention a few things:

intercourse, in the first trimester - i.e. the first three months many women undergo discomfort like nausea, vomiting and uneasiness so they may not be in a mood to have intercourse so it would be good to respect the woman's wishes at this time

and depending on her wishes, you can have intercourse. also, in certain cases, the doctor will advise you not to have intercourse e.g. you have had repeated miscarriages or if you have had any bleeding during this pregnancy or if you have a low lying placenta or if you have multiple pregnancies, like twins then you will be told by your doctor to not have intercourse it would be advisable to not have intercourse in the second trimester of pregnancy, a woman is generally far more comfortable

all the nausea and the vomiting has gone away she is eating better so, maybe at this time she is happier having intercourse some times routine positions may be a little difficult so you can try something new at this time - maybe in the third trimester, the tummy is very large the back hurts so sometimes she may not be wanting to have intercourse also traditionally we have been advising patients - for many years

not to have intercourse in the third trimester because semen contains prostaglandins also, an orgasm induces uterine contractions. so prostaglandins and an orgasm can induce uterine contractions

intercourse

and there is a fear of pre term labour hence we would advice a little bit of caution in the third trimester though foreplay is ok visit www.siyawoman.com for more content designed specially for the #atypicalwoman in you

how to orgasm

female orgasms seems to be so mysterious they’vebeen the subject of studies for ages. can we just agree that at the end of the daythey’re all just awesome? hello everyone, amy here for dnews. sexually speaking, women tend to be bit morecomplicated than men. female arousal is heavily dependent on location, comfort, stress, and even more nebulous factors

how to orgasm, like relationship with a partner and contextuallife. and many women still don’t know exactlywhat gets them off. is it direct clitoral stimulation? friction from intercourse?

a mixture of both? in order to understand a female orgasm, ithelps to know the parts involved. first off, the part you can see on the outsideis not the vagina. it’s actually called the the vulva; thevagina is the canal inside the vulva. and then there’s the clitoris. most of us think of the clitoris as a smallorgan typically covered by a hood but it’s actually so, so much more. the clitoris the metaphorical tip of the iceberg, the iceberg in this case being a system of nerves and muscles called the clitorourethrovaginalcomplex or cuv that surrounds the vagina and

the urethra. since there is an external and internal portionof this cuv complex, there are two types of orgasms women can experience: clitoral andvaginal. the difference is just the means by whichthese nerves are stimulated; for clitoral orgasms it’s the external part of the clitoristhat is being stimulated. for a vaginal orgasm it’s nerves insidethe vagina that are being stimulated. most women reach climax sooner from clitoralstimulation since this tiny external portion has more nerve endings than any other humanbody part, male or female, but at the end of the day it’s all the same bundle of nervesand muscles.

it’s not entirely surprising that not everyoneunderstands this distinction. the clitoris wasn’t even scientifically‘discovered’ until the 1500’s, and for centuries the body part was pretty much ignored. this was partially because of the taboo surroundingfemale sexuality, but also scientists didn’t really see the value in having a clitoris,or a female orgasm at all. it’s an orgasm that doesn’t emit spermso doesn’t further the human race. so, they thought, what’s the point of havingor studying the female orgasm? in fact, the idea that a women could havedifferent types of orgasms didn’t arise until the early 1900’s.

famed psychiatrist sigmund freud argued thatclitoral orgasms are inferior to vaginal orgasms because women can only fully realize theirmature sexuality from a having intercourse with a man. today we know that this is totally ridiculous, but still many women say clitoral and vaginal orgasms feel different, so why? and how? well it may have something to do with bloodflow. in a 2014 study, scientists observed womenduring clitoral and vaginal stimulation using ultrasounds.

the researchers found that while clitoralorgasms altered blood flow in the exterior clitoris, vaginal orgasms affected blood flowin the entire clitoral network, the cuv. these differences in blood flow were correlatedto the change in sensation. but, vaginal or clitoral -- even male or female!-- all orgasms have largely the same effect on the body and brain. orgasms occur when the muscles that were tightenedduring arousal finally relax. this happens through a series of rhythmiccontractions. the feeling of ecstasy, bliss and sometimesa rush of emotion come from a release of hormones like dopamine oxytocin and prolactin in yourbrain.

and scientists say this has major health benefits. orgasms are said to reduce stress, improvesleep and lower blood pressure. so we should stop pigeonholing orgasms intojust vaginal or clitoral and instead focus on the feelings they give us. in the end, they’re all pretty great! so that's all about good sex. but what about when sex goes horribly, horriblywrong? you can check out the latest episode and allepisodes of sex sent me to the er on the discovery life go app.

check out the link below or download it fromyour app store. and speaking of good sex... could sex be so good that it actually killsyou? jackie has the answer to the odd questionof whether or not sex can kill your grandfather in this video right here. this happens because the male body respondsto cardio-vascular stress by increasing vascular resistance, which is the force that opposesblood flow.

folic acid

dave erickson: folic acid isa vitamin which can protect a developing babyfrom getting a serious problem that can causedifficulties walking. spina bifida. anencephaly.

folic acid, these are major birthdefects that are either fatal or have serious, long-termconsequences for the child. and, in contrast to polio, where you only get motor- you only lose motorfunction- with spina bifida,

you lose both motor functionand sensory function. we estimate that about300,000 babies are affected by neural tube defectsaround the world. joe mulinare: dave andgodfrey oakley had invited me to come to cdc to work on the vietnam veteransagent orange risk study for birth defects. and we analyzed that dataand published it and it was one of the first population basedstudies that was done to show

that folic acid in a multivitamin could reducethe risk of neural tube defects. dave erickson: and it wasenough to prompt us to figure out whether this was reallyan idea worth promoting on a public health scaleor whether it was something that was just a fluke. godfrey oakley:june the 24th at 5 pm, 1991 was probably the mostmarvelous professional moment of my life, when i got a callfrom, now sir nicolas wald,

telling me that the randomizedcontrol trial that he had done to find out if folic acid or a different vitaminwould prevent spina bifida, it had turned out to besuch a positive study. godfrey oakley:it prevented 72% of spina bifida and anencephaly- and, it was in thegold standard study that we call a randomizedcontrol trial. and it meant that wecould bet the farm

that folic acid preventedspina bifida. so, you're doing somethingthat prevents diseases and prevents conditions margie watkins:with the result of not only savingchildren's lives, but improving theirquality of life. so the first thing we did wasmake a recommendation for women who had previouslyhad an affected child with either anencephalyor spina bifida,

these two very severebirth defects. godfrey oakley:and that was one of the easiest policy thingsi ever did at the cdc. dave erickson: this wasa special recommendation because it called for what wereally now call a high dose of folic acid, a pharmacologicaldose of folic acid. if you can preventsomething like this, especially on the scaleof preventing thousands of these birth defects, thenthis is a real accomplishment.

godfrey oakley: how muchprevention you get depends on how bad off you are. the china study was reallypublic health at its best. at the time we did thechina study, people didn't know for certain whetherfolic acid, by itself, would prevent neuraltube defects. we sent rj off to china godfrey oakley: to do alarge community intervention. he wound up showing somereally fascinating things.

we were asking folks in thefield- the health providers that were in the villages- totake pictures of these babies in a way that we could then usethe picture to make a diagnosis. godfrey oakley: among thethings that he showed was that how much prevention youget depends upon how high the incidence is when you put thefolic acid into the population. and in parts of china it wentdown almost ninety percent. and, the china study was thefirst and only study that showed that folic acid, by itself, without other vitamins,

prevents neural tube defects. godfrey oakley: andfrom that moment on i knew that all we needed to doto keep tens of thousands of kids each year out of wheelchairs, was to get everyone with a reproductiveage 400 micrograms of folic acid every day. we have lots ofsuccess stories about preventing spina bifida with folic acid fortificationprograms.

and the key is youhave to make it so that every manufacturerhas to do it. so, in the us, you know, itwas prohibited before february of '96 and then it was requiredtwenty-one months later. and so beginning in january one 1998 allenriched grains in the us had to have folic acid in it. margie watkins: so, oncethe folic acid was added to cereal grain products, added to the flour that goes

into the bread that we eat andother cereal grain products then you want tocount how many cases of neural tube defectsthere were. dave erickson:it has resulted in a substantivereduction in the occurrence of neural tube defectsamong babies who have been bornin the united states. godfrey oakley: there'reroughly three hundred thousand cases of anencephaly andspina bifida around the world

and we're preventing some placearound about fifteen percent of that, so some place onthe order of twenty thousand, thirty thousand a year. godfrey oakley:and, it's wonderful. i mean, thousands of kidsdon't have spina bifida and anencephaly. joe mulinare: to havesomething so simple as folic acid in fortifiedfoods that can prevent fifty to seventy percentof these children

from having this condition, and actually being born healthy to me is a successstory beyond belief. smallpox is gone. polio's on the wayto being gone. i'd like for spina bifidaf to be the next one. and, that to me isan exceptional thing

folic acid

to have happened and ihave had the opportunity to be a part of that. tough not to be...

...tough not to be anevangelist for this, you know.

fluid in lungs

the mitral valve separates the lungsfrom your left ventricle and when your left ventricle squeezesand is supposed to send blood forward across the aortic valve to your brain and the rest the body the mitral valve is supposed to stop thatblood from going backwards into the lungs. and mitral regurgitation is when themitral valve leaks

fluid in lungs, and that blood goes back into the lungs.and a cardinal symptom to mitral regurgitation is really shortness of breath. and peoplecan get hospitalized with fluid in their lungs, they get swelling in their legs, they have a difficult time breathing especially at night when they are

sleeping. mitral regurgitation is clinicallya very big deal and typically is, involves people who areeither too sick or too old to undergo the standard therapy which isto repair it, and so that was really what the concept of the mitraclip that was basedon is, we needed therapy which wasn't so traumatic to patients. the mitraclip, or percutaneous mitral valverepair is a much less invasive procedure its still done under general anesthesiabut it's no sternotomy, is there's no cutting of the chest,

no stopping the heart. you come in through thelag and go up, and you clip the leaflets together, the recovery is really muchbetter people go home the next day as opposed as forthe five to seven day hospitalization for surgical mitral valve repair orreplacement and people are really functional right away not the eight week recovery from the sternonomy. if you are athigh risk for surgery: you're at advanced age; you're frail; you've had previous open heart surgery; those patients are really the bestcandidates. i just simply put my hands, you know, my life in their hands

i decided,"well there's nothing else ican do," and there really wasn't. mrs. zecher she's had previous open-heart surgery.she was in and out at the hospital severely limited with shortness of breathand couldn't really live independently and do any of the things she would want to do to have a good quality of life. her options were to have a traditionalsurgery which would be a re-do surgery which has a lot more risk and much morerecovery time, or to have the mitraclip. i was just totally, ah, hey i was in theirhands and i was happy with them, very happy with them. she did

really great, went home the next day andhas really felt great since then with really minimal risk, and a greatrecovery. i don't know what they did with me, butthey just kept me two hours there. and now she hasn't been hospitalized andshe's not short of breath, she can live her life independently. that's prettyamazing, you know, to get me from nowhere, to where i am. there've been upwards of 18,000 patients who have clearly had their lives changed with thistechnology and while as a practicing clinician ithoroughly enjoy it, and get a lot of

award from the day-to-day interactionwith patients and i really revel in that. as the pioneer of the mitraclip it'salso extremely rewarding to see that we have been able to developa technology here at el camino that has a global impact in the health care. el camino hospital as a community hospitalhas a lot of advantages for doing creative, innovative research, wehave a system that is very receptive to innovation, andand moves the process along an expeditious way, that's not always thecase in a large university or large academic institution

so it really is a model that reallyfacilitates the whole process of innovation and the process have improving medicaltherapy as quickly as possible. it really builds for collaboration because wehave doctors of varied training that work together andcan percolate and get ideas from each other and really grow and develop the next new technologies.

fluid in lungs

i'm very grateful to be here, thosepeople gave me a new lease on life and that's just exactly where it is. anybody who didn't put their trust in them would be very foolish. theysaved my life, really.
